"Best price on internet, best shipping as well. Called in person 3 times to ensure product was in stock. Was assured it was. When I tried to order over the phone, the shipping cost dramatically increased so I stuck with internet. Received a call about two hours later to confirm address, credit info, etc. Of course, I got the hard sell for overpriced packages of accessories. I declined. On 2/18 around 8 p.m. EST, I received an e-mail telling me the product is out of stock and will be out of stock for 3-4 weeks. I checked their website and it still offers the camera at the same low price and advertises "IN STOCK." This warrants a complaint to the New York Consumer Affairs Dept., FTC, and anyone else I can think of. I will not wait it out, the order will be cancelled and I will instruct my credit card company not to accept any charges from Directsource."
